This course represents a fundamental moment to increase awareness and attention of women and men on breast cancer prevention. After an introduction to the topic by Dr. Agnese Cattaneo, Rosanna D'Antona takes the floor to illustrate what Europa Donna Italia is and what actions it puts in place on breast cancer prevention.

Dr. Francesca Svegliati, director of diagnostic senology at the San Camillo Forlanini hospital, follows with a talk on cancer's risk factors and the role of secondary prevention. The meeting concludes with Dr. Fabrizio Calisti emphasising the importance of psychological support as a tool for attention and care.
