Angelini Academy in partnership with SDA Bocconi Business School launch the Future Leaders Program – A new perspective to build your global leadership is an integrated management training and development project aiming at strengthening the managerial roles that the companies deem relevant for the growth of the Angelini Group. The Future Leaders Program constitutes also an innovative selection process to introduce new talents to the Group, talents who will be given the exciting opportunity of an accelerated, targeted and functional learning path for the leadership roles identified by and in our companies. The program provides 5 training modules in English and two project works in the various geographic areas of the Angelini Group companies.
